ISO is the International Organization for Standardization, an independent non-governmental organization that develops voluntary, consensus-based international standards for products, services, and systems to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.

ISO Policy

ISO standards, headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, are used worldwide across many sectors, and its members are national standardization bodies from more than 160 countries. The quality policy is part of our organization’s strategy. It represents a fundamental direction and vision for the future and is focused on:

  • continuous progress of the organization in satisfying the needs of customers and strengthening its position on the construction market,
  • creation, implementation, maintenance of a quality management system according to the ISO 9001:2008 standard, continuous improvement of its efficiency,
  • product quality assurance in accordance with applicable national standards,
  • creating partnerships with suppliers and involving key suppliers in our quality intentions,
  • quality production of products corresponding to the specified requirements of clients in the required time and costs,
  • increasing the professionalism, expertise and skills of our employees,
  • building the employees' trust and loyalty to the organization and engage them in its prosperity,
  • increasing employee satisfaction and motivate them to increase the quality and productivity of work by building and improving new workspaces,
  • protecting the reputation of the organization.

The product certificate

All VASPO products have been certified in accordance with the procedure of the Technical and Testing Institute of Civil Engineering (Technický a skúšobný ústav stavebný), as an accredited certification authority for product certification.

The product certificate proves that the properties: 

  • reaction to fire class A1, 
  • mass activity of 226Ra, 
  • mass activity index, 
  • compressive strength of concrete, 
  • frost resistance of concrete, 
  • product absorbency, 
  • frost resistance of the product, 
  • abrasiveness, 
  • dimensions and dimensional deviations, 
  • visual defects and damage 
  • meet the Slovak criteria by the technical assessment of SK TP - 14/0042.
